I’m Caroline Stephens, a global communicator and PR strategist with more than 25 years’ experience delivering high-impact media outreach, product launches and events for international brands and Ireland’s leading media digital arm, RTE. I have led strategic communications programmes, built and managed cross-border agency networks, and driven world-class media results across multiple regions and industries. My career blends senior communications leadership with hands-on execution, and I have also taught Marketing, Public Relations and Events at university level while pursuing my ongoing passion for education and mentoring.
In addition to my professional work, I am an avid equestrian with deep studies in classical dressage, and I have authored books and curated archival material for scholarly audiences. I took a personal career break from 2015 to 2020 to care for my mother and aunt, an experience that reinforced resilience, life-affirming values, and the importance of giving back. I now bring that blend of discipline, creativity and care to every project I undertake.
