I’m a development professional from Chile with a long track record building cooperatives, scaling smallholders’ incomes, and shaping policy through evidence-based research. I’ve led extension and development programs, built partnerships with NGOs and multilateral institutions, and steered teams to deliver practical, impact-focused results for farmers and rural communities.

I’m passionate about turning ideas into action. I enjoy coordinating diverse teams, designing training and training materials used worldwide, and creating scalable programs that connect farmers with markets, finance, and policy support. I’m always learning from colleagues and communities to keep driving inclusive growth and resilient rural economies.
