I was born in Portalegre, raised in Estremoz, and I now live in Lisbon. I hold a Master in Community Theatre from the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema, and I have devoted my career to theatre as a vehicle for social change.
As a theatre facilitator, researcher, and co-founder of multiple groups, I have collaborated with national and international networks (IPTN since 2013, Resina Teatro since 2016, Teatro Imediato). I continue to work with the elderly in mental health contexts, organize national and international events, and develop training and performances across Portugal and abroad, including work in Cuba and Turkey through Playback Theatre.
