Maintained and monitored ETL processes, Datawarehouse, OLAP Cubes, Reporting and Dashboards, monitoring the weekly ETL load, incident management, troubleshooting and bug fixing. Optimized ETL/OLAP processing time on large datasets (20M+ rows) by partitioning and CDC SQL Server mechanisms, improving query performance. Delivered new data marts and dashboards enabling management to address the analytical needs of new business processes.

Designed and implemented a BI system for Customer Relationship Management using commercial data covering 5 essential business processes. Implemented Multidimensional data models and ETL processes for data extraction, transformation and loading into the Datawarehouse. Built dashboards analyzing CLTV, churn, retention, and customer satisfaction, guiding strategic decisions.
