Embedded Firmware Developer at Shiliang Science and Technology Co., Ltd
January 24, 2024 - November 20, 2025
Embedded Firmware Developer at Shiliang Science and Technology Co., Ltd (China), leading DSP and FPGA-based control for a large-format 3.8m printer, achieving printing speed updates to 25 m/min. Worked on high-speed processing using DSP/FPGA (TMS320C6455, Xilinx Spartan-6, Broadcom) and memory interfaces (1Gbps Ethernet, DDR2 MT47H64M16HR-25E) with optical fiber integration; contributed to Grid-connect inverter recovery functions, improving capacity by over 30%, and implemented Uni-polar SVPWM control with zero dead-time, phase synchronization, and harmonic elimination. Also supported Power Payment System Controller using PIC24FJ128GA310 with Wi-Fi M03 and AS3911 RFID, reading token and meter data (voltage, current, energy, balance) and transmitting to server via Wi-Fi. Additionally worked on Bluetooth Monitor Controller for anti-theft and asset tracking, including features like area-based signaling, LED indicators, and alarms; contributed to Smart Door Lock with PIR, camera, PIN, fing

    paper BLE Tracker

I have hands-on experience developing BLE tracker devices based on the nRF52811, powered by a CR2032 coin cell and integrated with a buzzer for user feedback. This project was implemented as a position tracking device using BLE communication, with a reliable operational range of approximately 12 meters, suitable for indoor proximity and location awareness applications.

I have already completed the full schematic and PCB design, and successfully taken the design through prototype fabrication. The PCB is optimized for low power consumption, compact form factor, and stable BLE performance, making it well suited for wearable or small tracking devices.

In addition, I am capable of preparing the design for mass production, including manufacturable PCB layouts, BOM optimization, and assembly considerations. I can also coordinate cost-effective manufacturing in China, managing production choices to achieve competitive pricing while maintaining quality and reliability.
