I’m Erin Maguire, an Edinburgh-based filmmaker who works as a shooter, director, producer and editor. I love crafting engaging content across tech, arts, education, public sector and wellbeing, and I bring a sharp eye for detail and brand alignment to every brief. I’m comfortable directing, shooting, producing, live streaming, animating and editing, and I can build a small team or work solo as needed.
As the director and sole employee of Beyongolia Productions, I guide projects from concept through delivery, liaising with clients across organisations to keep content on-brand. I also teach a small amount of film production at the University of the Arts London, sharing practical cinema skills with students. I bring a cinematic eye, clear communication and careful coordination to every collaboration.

Behind every policy and panel lies a human voice. For the EMCC Conference, I looked past the podium to find the soul of the creative industry. Through a lens of clean, documentary-style realism, this piece explores the intersections of fair work and equality. My role as filmmaker and editor was to curate these fragments of conversation and connection into a seamless narrative—capturing not just what was said, but the passion behind the advocacy.
