I wrote my graduation thesis on MTV as a global artistic phenomenon, examining the evolution of TV broadcasting, audience demand in the 1980s and 1990s, youth culture, and MTV’s distinctive aesthetics. I later specialized in TV and Film Directing at the National Film and TV Academy in Bologna, with a strong focus on the audiovisual process. Over the years, I have worked extensively as an editor on documentaries, corporate videos, promos, journalistic formats, talk shows, reality and talent shows, fiction, and visual content. I am proficient in Avid Media Composer, I know the fundamentals of Adobe Premiere Pro and have recently expanded my skills in DaVinci Resolve, including editing, sound design, visual effects, conforming, and colour grading.
