Designed and deployed an upselling model for funeral insurance using LightGBM, targeting high-propensity customers for additional product offerings. The training, evaluation, and monitoring pipeline was orchestrated and automated using AWS SageMaker, with the model served via real-time endpoints. Responsible for data ingestion and transformation from S3 for model training and validation, automating pipelines in AWS SageMaker.

Developed an employee support chatbot for frequently asked questions, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, and the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) methodology. Designed the data ingestion and preprocessing pipeline in Python, integrating the data layer with the RAG deployment environment.

Implemented an automated document analysis process using a Large Language Model (LLM) through Magistral, enabling tasks such as classification by confidentiality, title and author extraction, and summarization. Achieved 86% precision in classification. Also deployed a chatbot in production environments leveraging Azure Databricks for scalability and enterprise data source integration. Also implemented a custom forecast system for ETF market projections.
