• Tim develops brand guidelines that are tailored to clients’ specific needs and works on the design of all print, digital, signage and large format collateral. He understands their brand values and is a trusted advisor in this regard.
• Tim creates mood boards and leads brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for logos, tag lines and advertising campaigns. This involves close working relationships with stakeholders and a high level of trust and leadership.
• Tim is experienced in delegating, managing relationships and collaborating with staff and subcontractors. This involves negotiating production processes, budgets, time lines, and managing client expectations. He has vast experience in a wide range of production processes including lithographic printing, digital printing, large format indoor and outdoor printing and fitting, signage and vehicle graphics.
• Tim has designed websites of various scale including large database sites and e-commerce sites. He also has experience in designing mobile App interfaces as part of comprehensive branding projects.
• Tim has designed a number of publications including books, annual reports, yearbooks and magazines. This involves cover design, templates for content, inputting content, scanning and photo editing images, proofing, editing and preparation for print; including large perfect bound hardback books, paperbacks and smaller saddle stitched publications.
• Tim works extensively on packaging design including food packaging, cosmetics and skincare, hardware and veterinary products and large format bulk packaging. This also involves design of point of sale material for retail.
• Tim is responsible for all aspects of business management along with delivering design and visual communications services; driving the business and overseeing innovation and business promotion.
• As the principal promoter of the business, Tim is in regular communication with the press and uses various social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin
• Tim’s client list extends into the areas of construction, engineering, agriculture and food, professional services, cosmetics industry and various departments within the public sector.
