Manage a crew to produce web-based shows & podcasts. Ensure proper installation and calibration of AV equipment. Manage troubleshooting and technical support for AV systems. Coordinate with event planners, clients, or internal teams to meet technical needs. Monitor and maintain equipment inventories. Implement solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of AV setups.

Performs installations and repairs in residential and commercial properties in the greater Kansas City and surrounding areas. Installed network identification devices, fiber drops, optical network terminals, and residential gateways. Configured static IP blocks, worked with VOIP systems, and tested from remote systems. Assisted end-users via phone, email, chat, or desk side and documented tickets in the ticketing system.
