Oversaw project planning, milestone tracking, and task delegation across both art and programming teams. Served as the creative visionary and lead concept artist, contributing to core worldbuilding, character design, and visual style. Facilitated regular team meetings and cross-department collaboration to ensure alignment on gameplay mechanics, narrative, and technical execution. Assumed multiple roles including production management, team coordination, and creative direction, ensuring the project met quality standards and deadlines.
