Hello, my name is Ioar, i am currently based in my mother's home country, Spain, i speak English, Spanish and Euskera since i was a child, i come from a multicultural family. I've build up a two years career in customer service and administrative assistant, after finishing my internship and graduating, i started working as a customer service representative for one of the biggest health insurances in the US, i believe this experience made me even more empathic human being, some of my qualities besides my empathy, is my patient, organization & attention to detail. I learned a lot in data entry and CRMs, Medicare Pro, Odoo, etc. For over a year i stood working with the same company, after the campaign closed, i decided to move forward in the US Medical area, i then started working in Oclinicals, here i was scheduling clients, doing data entry and insurnace verification, among other administrative task like coordination, upload, update and manage patient medical records, following HIPAA standarts of privacy & security, and checking medical filles: referrals and documents. After a couple of months here, i decided i wanted to change, for anyone who has worked with patients, it is a complex and stressfull environment, i am very emotional and tend to go the extra mille for clients, especially when dealing with major medical or concerns, i switched to the legal industry, particularly to inmigration services, there besides doing administrative tasks and parelegal assisting, i was also a translator, most of the cases i handled were hispanic folks, i feel very comfortable in english and spanish, and this is why i believe i can transfer most of the skills i've earned over the last couple of years into any business/area. I am highly skilled, and proficient with CRMs and data entry softwares, excellent communication & social abilities, my career is a human plus, i truly love helping others.
