Monitoring the Italian customers base and the outstanding debt; Collection of receivables, Optimizing of days sales outstanding, cash allocation; Order on hold Management; Resolve AR disputes issues; Customers common request management (i.e. invoice copies, refund, statement, address change, etc.); Processing of incoming calls and e-mails; Review and analyse of bad debts, work on action plan to recover bad debts together with Credit manager; Communicate & follow up effectively with sales dept regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
