Graduation Project - AI Agent for HR Support at Team Opportunity Prediction (TOP)

Development of an AI Agent for HR Support; Designed and implemented DiagGPT, a multi-model AI chatbot (3 units, 5 models: 2 GPT-4o-mini, 3 Phi-3). Built a RAG system (FAISS + BM25) on Azure Databricks to ground HR responses in company data. Fine-tuned 3 Phi-3 models on 10K HR samples (90% accuracy, 88% F1). Developed prompt engineering strategies to reduce hallucinations and improve coherence. Deployed an interactive Streamlit interface for HR users and admins.

Summer Intern - Data Analyst and BI Developer at Team Opportunity Prediction (TOP)

Automated HR data collection pipelines via Selenium scrapers. Built Pandas cleaning pipelines expanding datasets by 200%. Fine-tuned an SBERT model to generate HR data. Developed three interactive dashboards using Power BI.
