Whilst being a full time carer I was able to utilise my professional visual communication skills but only in a freelance manner (home working) due to caring responsibilities. I am an accomplished graphic designer and artist, with a confident command of the Adobe Creative Suite and Apple’s creative software ecosystem. I bring a strong eye for aesthetic clarity, layout, and print production, ensuring that ideas are not only seen, but understood. My skillset extends to website design and social media content creation, with a clear understanding of branding, visual identity, and the importance of a credible and engaging online presence. My photography both street and nature-based has received recognition and peer awards. My recent work includes producing high-end artwork for electrical engineers delivering national infrastructure projects, as well as a diversity-focused swimming organisation connected to Sport England. Although I live with a visual impairment and thus I do not drive, this has never diminished my capability.
