Excel/Word: creating spreadsheets and filing docs both physically and online. Requisition of site infrastructure, services, plant machinery, sundries. Creation and management of production schedules for each show. H&S inductions and compliance with each site visit. Collecting documentation for event completion certs, delivery dockets and invoices. Insurance liaison with brokers and other parties as needed. Supporting event control with paperwork and radio calls. Liaison with technical production, site crew, traders, bars and artist liaison for site requirements. Site office management during build/break; staff management and main point of contact in office. Logistics coordination for site access. Post-event reporting; organizing meetings with all contractors ahead of shows and taking meeting notes.

Produced music podcast with guests including The Scratch, Wyvern Lingo, King Kong Company. Structured audio show, conducted interviews, recorded audio in-studio and via Skype/Zoom. Arranged and mixed podcasts in Ableton/DAW; published online and engaged with listeners.

Performed licensing duties for Marlay Park concerts, Longitude Festival, Malahide Castle concerts and Electric Picnic. Daily emails and phone calls to agencies and contractors. Excel/Word doc creation, public information notices for all events. Transport documentation and liaison with Gardaí, NTA, and bus/coach approvals. Charities liaison, volunteer coordination, fire extinguisher distribution and signage. Public inquiries and complaints: logging and replying; pre/post event. Residents hotline handling noise complaints during show days; liaising with Gardaí and county council. Crowd control announcements and general event security coordination.
