Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read my background. I have always been interested in computers and digital systems, especially in how they work and how people interact with them. This interest led me to study Computer Science, where I completed both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree with a strong analytical and programming focus. While I was studying, I was already working alongside my education. During that time, I began exploring design more deeply, starting with web and graphic design, and gradually moving into UX and UI. I realised that I enjoyed working at the intersection of logic, structure, and human behaviour, where complex systems can be made clearer and safer for users. In the early years of my career, I worked across different environments, including digital agencies and freelance projects. This gave me exposure to a wide range of products, domains, and constraints, and helped me develop flexibility, independence, and strong problem-solving skills. My most recent role was in a product company building cloud-based dental practice management software for dental clinics. This work was closely connected to the healthcare domain and involved handling sensitive data, where accuracy, privacy, and user trust were critical. I worked primarily within the Insurance team, and at times closely with billing-related workflows, which required careful attention to risk, edge cases, and regulatory considerations. I genuinely enjoyed working in this space and found the complexity and responsibility of healthcare-related products especially meaningful. Today, I am looking to continue working on product-focused roles where I can study user behaviour in depth, understand real-world usage, and contribute to systems that evolve over time. I am particularly interested in complex, fast-moving products where thoughtful evaluation, structured thinking, and responsible design play an important role.
