Led the deployment and governance of crisis management initiatives for Orange France, including the deployment of a Crisis Management Platform from concept to Go-Live, and the development of a tailored high-stakes crisis management strategy for the Olympic Games. Coordinated cross-functional teams (IT, cyber, network, service delivery) and managed lifecycle processes with 60+ stakeholders, delivering post-mortem evaluations to continuously improve protocols. Designed and executed 4 high-fidelity crisis simulation exercises and led strategic changes across major IT and network domains.
