I am a poet, writer, and facilitator whose work lives at the meeting point of poetry, embodied practice, and emotional connection. My writing is deeply influenced by my long journey through yoga, psychology, and therapeutic storytelling, as well as by my experiences working with diverse communities across Europe. I have published poetry and poetic narratives in both Greek and English, including Wandering in Paris, a bilingual poetry collection, and Yoga Tales, which blends poetic language with myth, movement, and imagination. Alongside my writing practice, I am currently training in Biblio/Poetry Therapy and pursuing a Master’s degree in Person-Centered & Experiential Psychotherapy and Counseling. I am particularly interested in poetry as a space of care, presence, and transformation, whether on the page, in workshops, or in collaborative projects.
