Work experience
I work with multimodal shipments – I organize their transportation, search for and manage new shipments, communicate with carriers and customers, coordinate transportation conditions, and ensure the smooth running of logistics processes.
I organized pallet rental and flow management, coordinated pallet debt collection and deliveries, and performed balance checks. I communicated with customers, drivers, and suppliers to ensure smooth pallet accounting and process control.
As a sales assistant, I served customers, helped them choose products, and provided information about the product range. I took care of store layout and order of goods, replenished stocks, and performed cashier operations, ensuring pleasant and professional customer service.
