Although it may not be immediately clear from my résumé, I have extensive experience working on AI training projects in Portuguese. My work includes data annotation, linguistic correction, localization, and the adaptation of Brazilian Portuguese content into European Portuguese.

I have collaborated with companies such as Remote Tasks and Outlier, among others, contributing to the improvement of language models through precise, culturally aware, and high-quality linguistic input. I have already adapted multiple texts from Brazilian Portuguese to Portuguese from Portugal, ensuring accuracy, fluency, and natural usage.

I am deeply fascinated by the Portuguese language and its richness. Having been born in Africa and lived in Canada, I bring a broader, multicultural perspective to the language, along with a strong understanding of its nuances, registers, and regional variations.

I am a fast learner, quickly adapting to new models and workflows, and I am currently available to work up to 25 hours per week. I would be very motivated to contribute my linguistic expertise to your team.
