Led large-scale, high-risk transformation programs delivering 12 of 35 enterprise applications as part of the Desjardins/Worldsource Wealth Management/Aviso merger—the largest wealth-platform conversion in Canada. Built integrated project and financial plans, directed multi-stream delivery (advisor/client onboarding, AML/KYC, fee processing, ECM, CRM, IAM modernization), and managed complex multi-vendor ecosystems. Implemented governance, risk mitigation, readiness, cutovers, hypercare, and post-implementation reviews. Drove organizational change to harmonize onboarding, compliance, suitability, and policy-administration workflows, enabling adoption of new processes and systems. Produced executive dashboards and managed variances across schedule, budget, scope, and quality.

Directed EPIC-based clinical system enhancements, delivering key modules ahead of schedule and ensuring alignment with hospital workflows and regulatory compliance. Managed end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope, goals, schedules, and budgets; led SIT, QA, UAT, regression, and production readiness to improve deployment quality and defect detection.

Utilized Agile methodologies to tailor project management approaches, improving flexibility and responsiveness. Conducted post-project evaluations, driving continuous improvement in PM processes. Mentored junior PMs and promoted a culture of excellence; led change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
