Independent Research Project (MSc) at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki

Designed and conducted independent experimental research on Neolithic food preservation practices. Developed an experimental framework for identifying preservation techniques in plant-based archaeological materials. Integrated material analysis using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) with archaeological interpretation. Worked autonomously in research design, sample preparation, data analysis and interpretation.

Designed and conducted historical and ethnographic research on food practices and everyday life in the Colombian Caribbean. Analyzed archival sources, material evidence and ethnographic data.
