Provide consulting on successful project management for Ada Service Partner AB, a Gothenburg-based cleaning company offering cleaning, construction, and recycling services. Responsible for structuring project governance, aligning stakeholders, managing risks and budgets, and delivering outcomes that improve operations and client satisfaction.

Led Security Programs to strengthen Ericsson's security posture, focusing on technical changes and security improvements for internal and customer-facing stakeholders. Managed five sub-projects with a team of 5 project managers and 15 sub-project managers within a 15 MSEK budget. Directed vendor transitions for facilities management (physical access control, security guards, camera surveillance, alarm handling, ID cards) and led the Phase 1-2 SIAM rollout to integrate multiple service providers into end-to-end services.

Transformed IT and Enterprise IT ways of working to realize ITSP 4.0 and the IT Sourcing Program value proposition. Focused on shifting from operational responsibility to business and strategy alignment, delivering end-to-end responsibility across applications and infrastructure and elevating supplier accountability.
