Coordinate and execute the industrialization and qualification of new products, taking them from small-scale trials to full-scale mass production and ensuring a smooth handover to operations. Led the qualification of new production lines, including commissioning and validating process parameters, with particular focus on additive-dosing to ensure product quality. From July 2024 to present, continued commissioning of new production lines and optimization of process parameters to sustain stable operation and support customer requirements, including new raw-material supplier approvals.
