Turned ambiguous client challenges into structured directions by designing and running collaborative sessions that helped teams externalize what they knew (users, context, goals) and converge on decisions and next steps. Designed reusable thinking tools and workshop kits (persona + empathy mapping, emotional cards, Golden Circle framing, problem-tree/root-cause analysis, and Who/What/When/Where/Why/How prompts) to guide discussion, deepen understanding, and improve outcome quality. Built end-to-end session workflows (objectives, agenda, sequencing, timing) and captured outputs; synthesized inputs into clear themes, insights, priorities, and actionable recommendations. Structured complex information through service and UX artifacts (journey mapping, service maps/blueprints, stakeholder mapping, user flows, information architecture) to align stakeholders and support delivery. Produced wireframes and rapid interactive prototypes in Figma to make ideas tangible, validate directions quickly
