Linnet Molina Rodriguez

I am a journalist and scholar with a PhD in Social Communication from the University of Havana and more than 18 years of experience in media research, news analysis, and higher education. I specialise in critical discourse analysis, digital media studies, and the sociological dimensions of mass communication, translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.

I have led research projects, coordinated academic programs, and produced high-quality analytical work grounded in rigorous methodology and fact-checking. I have developed an original framework for analyzing digital discourse and online interactivity, which enhances the evaluation of media narratives, detection of emerging trends, and assessment of news quality and impact. I have collaborated with regional media observatories and served as a peer reviewer for high-impact journals.
