Introduction
I’m a filmmaker and videographer based in Italy, specializing in sports, motorsports, and branded content. I’m a former professional cyclist and a lifelong sports enthusiast, with a deep understanding of performance, competition, and athletic culture. This background allows me to create authentic and credible visual stories for brands operating in high-performance environments.
After completing my studies in audiovisual and multimedia communication, I focused my career on sports and brand storytelling. I work as a director and director of photography, combining cinematic visuals, technical precision, and narrative clarity. What differentiates me from other filmmakers is my ability to approach sports stories from the inside, translating real effort, speed, and emotion into impactful visual content. I’m highly team-oriented and thrive in collaborative, production-driven environments.

Welcome to a new six-part documentary series titled Fausto Talks, in which Fausto Pinarello highlights some of the most iconic bikes from his extensive personal collection.
This first episode focuses on the Espada used by Miguel Induráin to break the Hour Record exactly 30 years ago this week, at the Velodrome du Lac in Bordeaux, France, on Friday, September 2, 1994.
Produced in collaboration with the University of Florence specifically for the Hour Record attempt, the bike set new standards in aerodynamics following the UCI’s decision to ban the so-called “praying mantis” riding position, which had previously helped Graeme Obree achieve the record.
In the heart of the Dolomites, among majestic landscapes and legendary climbs, Hervé Barmasse takes on the Supermaratona for the first time: 285 km, 8,500 meters of elevation gain, 13 iconic passes tackled throughout the history of the Maratona dles Dolomites - Enel. A breathtaking yet demanding journey that becomes a profound exploration of the relationship between man and nature, effort and passion, tradition and discovery.
For Barmasse, mountaineer and explorer, the mountain has never been about competing against others, but about a personal challenge. With the same spirit, he faces the Supermaratona: not to win, but to understand. Through effort, silence, and the immensity of the Dolomites, the route becomes an opportunity to reflect on what truly matters—on who we are when everything is stripped down to the essentials.
