Born on the southern tip of Africa on an autumn night in May, to Greek migrant parents, my story begins between cultures, continents, and influences. I studied Fine Arts at the East Side School of Arts in Johannesburg, where my creative foundations were formed. Curious, I traveled through the Middle East, followed by six months of service in the Greek Army. After a brief pause in Italy, I returned home to complete my studies at Vega School of Advertising in Johannesburg, where I majored in Art Direction and completed a postgraduate qualification in Marketing. Graduating in the top five of my class in October 1998, I was headhunted by Gitam BBDO and began my professional journey in advertising. Over a 26-year creative career, I’ve worked across six countries—Johannesburg, Athens, Tirana, and Riyadh among them—leading creative output, developing campaigns, activations, gamification, and digital experiences.
