Generated lentiviral vectors for stable gene expression and performed functional assays in mammalian cells. Prepared DNA/RNA samples for NGS. Used site-directed and random mutagenesis to construct protein variant libraries and generate cold-adapted Cas12l mutants.

Investigated epigenetic regulation by analysing DNA methylation patterns in lupus and chronic kidney disease patient samples using EM-seq and methylKit. Contributed to establishment/validation of CRISPR/Cas9 knockout uveal melanoma cell lines. Studied epigenetic and expression changes at c-MET and HLA loci; analyzed bulk RNA-seq; contributed to CAR-T cell generation targeting c-MET expressing cells.

Routinely performed quality control tests for products to ensure they meet specifications. Collaborated with R&D to identify root causes of test failures and implement corrective actions. Trained/mentored new team members on QC procedures. Supported enzyme bulk product manufacturing group as needed.
