I’m Seahai Lim, a senior project manager and delivery lead with over a decade of experience delivering large-scale digital transformation across banking, insurance, payments, and government sectors in Asia. I have a proven track record of leading complex multi-market programmes, building high-performing cross-functional teams, and establishing governance, risk, and stakeholder management practices that translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

I have hands-on experience with customer platforms, portals, mobile apps, and enterprise systems, and I leverage Microsoft technologies (Azure, Dynamics, SharePoint, .NET, SQL) to modernize operations, accelerate value delivery, and improve stakeholder alignment. I’ve authored delivery playbooks to improve onboarding, estimation, and readiness across departments and coached PMs to manage concurrent strategic and regulatory programs.
