QPeptide Finder is a full-stack application for quantitative proteomics that enables researchers to identify suitable quantitative peptides (QPeptides) from their protein of interest. The backend is a FastAPI service that digests proteins into peptides, computes properties like pI and hydrophobicity, evaluates each peptide against scientific criteria, ranks candidates, and stores results in MySQL via SQLAlchemy; it is containerized with Docker for deployment on an AWS EC2 instance.
