I am an educator and social services professional with over 25 years of experience in education management, inclusive and special needs education, guidance and counselling, curriculum development and programme coordination. I have led international programs and collaborated with diverse teams to create inclusive learning environments for children and youth.
I hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Sciences (ongoing at the University of Jyväskylä) and an MBA, and I completed a Bachelor in Education (Honours) in Special Needs Education. I am passionate about disability social work and promoting equal participation of children and youth with disabilities in society, and I enjoy building partnerships with families, schools and communities to advance inclusive education.
