Acted as a client-facing AI consultant to commodity trading desks, translating business needs into rapid proofs of value and production-ready prototypes with AI agents. Led technology scouting and benchmarking of emerging AI vendors for commodity trading, contributing to strategic evaluations, with two shortlisted solutions subsequently acquired. Designed and maintained a Technology Radar to assess AI maturity and adoption readiness, working closely with desks and external partners to support digital transformation initiatives.
