I'm Wayne Eagles, a guitarist and educator based in Ottawa. Since 1990 I’ve taught guitar and mentored students across Carleton University’s School for Studies in Art and Culture: Music, directing the Fusion Ensemble since 2007 and coordinating masterclasses and outreach. My academic path includes a Master of Arts in Canadian Studies with a focus on Music from Carleton, along with two BA degrees in Music. In addition to performance and teaching, I’ve supported venues and events as a senior house staffer and program administrator, helping with event setup, safety, recruitment, payroll, and outreach. I’m fluent in English and proficient in French and enjoy helping students of all ages develop their voice and craft.
