About
Aloha,
I am a 20-year educator who has a shared passion for emotional intelligence and its support of overall student well-being. I’ve a theater and choral, soloist background, but one of my most magical moments as an instructor was singing twinkle twinkle for students in a SPED room on my island home of Maui. These minutes singing for and then joyfully WITH the students transformed their demeanor, brought them into a level of engagement and rapport that gave us opportunities to connect and continue skill building socially and academically.
Mahalo for considering me for this opportunity.
I would be honored to serve in this task.
