Music and Vocal Producer for the PEARL Program (Performance, Artistry & Leadership). Led artist development and mentoring; managed end-to-end production processes; drove the team’s production strategy to deliver high-quality content; established fluid communication protocols with students and staff; planned sessions with students and musicians and organized studio logistics.

Co-founded Fabularium, a musical stage show based on La Fontaine's Fables (Les Fables De La Fontaine). Responsible for composition, recording, and production of selections from the Fables. Planned stage performances including music, stage design, lights, and costumes. Recruited and managed staff; explored partnerships with national and governmental institutions, regional and local communities, educational institutions worldwide, networks, and brands; and oversaw budgeting to ensure fiscal stability.
