I have more than 13 years’ experience in Construction and Interior Design for real estate projects. I’m specialized in the use of graphic software for the development of Technical Drawings and 3D Art, such as Architectural Plans and high-quality Architectural Visualizations. As an architect and european certified interior designer, I have been always seeking new challenges that allow me to evolve into a talented professional, and because of that relentless ambition, I have had the opportunity to remotely collaborate for different organizations in the US, distinguishing myself by a considerable analytical capacity and high-quality standards. My skill set includes:

• More than 13 years’ experience, which is distributed in different fields such as Construction, Architecture, Urban Planning, and Interior Design.

• Remarkable ability to read and interpret architectural plans and technical drawings.

• Strong understanding of color theory and psychology, furniture and architecture history, residential decorative styles, and many other aspects related to the art of designing buildings.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and develop complete architectural, interior design and civil plan sets for construction and permit approvals.

• In-depth knowledge about glass, natural stones, and manufactured solid surfaces for building renovations and construction.

• Proven experience in cabinetry systems, kitchen layouts, appliances, and construction methods.

• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software for the development of technical drawings and high-quality 3D art, such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Sketchup, Photoshop, amongst others.

• Familiar with building codes, imperial and metric measurement systems, point cloud 3D models, bluebeam software and quantity/material takeoffs.
