    Project Name: Suvastu Suraiya Trade Center Project Location: House - 57, Kamal Ataturk Avenue, Block - B, Banani Model Town, Dhaka, Bangladesh.. Project Type: Commercial. No of Floors: 14 Storied. Situated at one of the most valuable commercial strips of the town, Kamal Ataturk Avenue, Suvastu Suraiya Trade Center is a land mark project of Suvastu Family. The building have 14 commercial floors which are housing renowned brands showrooms, commercial banks and top class corporate houses of the country. The three basement parking floor work with open excavation construction system with a single bracing was a challenging tack at the time. Me and my team of experts kept a constant monitoring for safety regulations. A total of 53 car packing are arranged with wide drive way and spacious parking bay. The basement floors are well ventilated with forced ventilation fans. Being at a corner plot, the commercial floors have wide view of the surrounding. Each floor is served wide view of the surrounding. Each floor is served through 3 elevators and 2 stairs. The building form is simple yet elegant. The fair face concrete surfaces combined with Deep Blue colored Solar-E coated glass and ACP cladding make the building soothing for the eye. photo

    Project Name: Hena Suvastu Skyline Avenue Project Location: Plot - 55, Gulshan Avenue Gulshan 1,, Dhaka, Bangladesh Project Type: Commercial No of Floors: 32 Storied with 6 basements. Total Builtup Area: 30,297 Sqm Suvastu Skyline Avenue is the most iconic project of Suvastu family. This was the largest and most complete commercial building design in my career. Situated at the highest valued commercial strip of the city, Gulsha Avenue of Dhaka, this 32 stored building with 6 basement is the tallest of the area. There are 32 commercial units on the 32 floors with all modern commercial amenities. This building have 6 large capacity (17 passanger) high speed (3 m/sec) passenger elevators and 1 service elevator along with 2 staircases to satisfy the vertical circulation requirements of the building. It is the first open excavation 6 basement construction of the country. The construction work of the basement were constantly monitored under a team of expert engineers under my leadership. Also an expert team of practicing Retired Professors from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology guided me in the construction works. The building has been registered for LEED certification. The building will have full automation system as international standards. Facilities like basement ventilation, Generator sound damping, rain water harvesting, gray water treatment plant, S.T.P, Energy monitoring system, Solar-E coated glass paneling for the facade is the few facilities to have in this building to make it a sustainable, environment friendly building.
