And because technology moves so fast in the games industry, every project is different, which is why it never gets boring. My passion for my job and for life in general makes me always want to explore and try new things. I love travelling and I always take my recorder and mics with me to every place I go. I have a great recording kit, but there is always that one microphone that I still want. I’m active in the Sound community by reading posts and blogs and I regularly go to events like the Audio Track at Develop or GDC. I’ve also been a judge at the Game Bafta Awards regularly for best use of Audio and for best Original Music amongst other categories.
