Plan and coordinate fit-out projects, including scheduling and resource allocation; manage budgets and cost controls; supervise contractors and suppliers to ensure quality and conformance to specifications; serve as the main client liaison with regular progress updates; develop detailed progress, budgeting, and forecasting reports; identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure contract administration compliance; track renewals and specifications, initiate amendments as needed; identify deliverables and maintain project progress tracking; oversee subcontractor activities; monitor and control budgets; generate project performance reports and support PM communications and events.

Oversee on-site activities of subcontractors, vendors, and design supervision; coordinate project management tasks, including design submittals, BOQ, schedule, materials, and permits; resolve day-to-day technical, procurement, construction, and administrative issues; manage QA/QC and HSE programs; develop progress reports and support risk and schedule analyses; coordinate with stakeholders and authorities; assist in close-out.
