Led coordination, design and implementation of a $6.5M climate adaptation program for Indigenous communities, applying project-based methodologies and inclusive engagement strategies across four initiatives. Prepared quarterly and annual progress reports and facilitated cross-department coordination between three departments in a hybrid project. Coordinated capacity-strengthening programs and wage subsidies, enabling 172+ Indigenous participants to gain employment and upskill in the green economy. Coordinated and monitored peer-learning events, training workshops, and job fairs that reached 300+ participants.

Supported interdepartmental projects through data analysis, synthesizing, reporting, and coordination with government stakeholders. Developed data dashboards and visual reports in Excel and Tableau to inform policy and funding decisions, contributing to four evidence-based planning documents.

Facilitated inclusive peer-learning experiences and project-based learning (PBL) for classes of 40-120 students, improving engagement and knowledge retention by 20%. Embedded systems thinking and environmental justice frameworks in teaching, encouraging holistic approaches to solving climate-related engineering challenges.
