Fanny Lawaetz

I served as Head of Design, responsible for the entire design process and product strategy, from concept to finished product. I regularly planned and delivered multiple collections per year, including major capsule collections and special productions. I collaborated with dancers and performance artists, tailoring custom stage costumes.

As Head of Atelier, I led the internal team, in-house production, and the overall production process: material sourcing, prototypes, and quality control. I also ensured deadlines were met and goals were achieved. As Intern Manager, I guided young talents and supported their professional and creative development. I created an inspiring and safe work environment with a focus on learning and collaboration.
