I was born in Genoa and have always felt like a citizen of the world, traveling since childhood. This privilege sparked my curiosity about humankind. I picked up my first camera at 14 during a trip to China. The turning point came years later in New York, where I realized photography is part of me; it makes me feel free, happy, and connected with my inner world and with something divine. I love observing, imagining, and being transported. That's why I enjoy photographing people; they have always been a great source of inspiration and self-knowledge. Over the years I have published in Vanity Fair, Glamour, and Italian newspapers. In 2023 I had my first cover for The Authors' Lounge. Also in 2023 I won the critics' prize at the PALABRA International Competition in Bari with a shot from the Dancers project. My exhibitions include: 2006 solo show Transparencies on the Soul at the Cloister of San Matteo in Genoa (dedicated to children), 2013 solo at Priamar in Savona, 2018 'Events to Love' at the Prefecture Palace in Genoa.
