Led mobile development for the ANZ Plus app in the ANZx Experience Engineer team. Built features for 1 million existing users and supported migration of 8.5 million customers. Wrote high-quality, high-performance code with strong test coverage and improved memory leak checks (including deallocation verification). Mentored junior engineers and established a community of practice through tech talks and structured onboarding. Collaborated with product, design and backend teams to ensure backward/forward compatibility with RESTful and gRPC services. Authored Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and led production incident responses.
Worked in the Mobile Chapter to develop features for Real Commercial App. Improved the design of remote notifications integration and integrated API services using GraphQL and BFF.
Consulted for ANZ and other clients under Itty Bitty Apps. Implemented features for the ANZ Plus App’s Profile squad using Swift and Combine. Built shared error handling, advocated accessibility (VoiceOver, Dark Mode, Large Text) and collaborated with designers. Worked on Latitude App and Ignite App, aligning with GraphQL and backend integrations, and led multiple client engagements.
