Oversee and manage the daily operations of a diversified biodynamic, aquaculture, mixed-use farm integrating sustainable agriculture with agritourism and retail streams. Lead strategic planning, operational development, and financial management across multiple revenue channels including Plant Nursery Operations (propagation, cultivation, inventory control, and retail/wholesale), Commercial Aquaponics Production, African Garden Art Retail & Online Sales, and Farm Stay Accommodation. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and profitability, while maintaining hands-on involvement in production, customer relations, guest services, and day-to-day activities to support long-term goals.

Provide strategic planning, business development, project management, and R&D services to multiple clients. Partner with organizations to develop and implement long-term strategic plans, identify growth opportunities, lead cross-functional projects from concept to execution, conduct market research and feasibility studies, design operational systems, support product and service development through structured R&D initiatives, and deliver practical, results-driven solutions tailored to each client.

Led the end-to-end delivery of the Fleet Replacement Project, modernising the Queensland Government Fleet legacy systems and aligning the new platform with the Whole-of-Government SAP Core. Partnered with Bynx as the SAS vendor and technical lead to ensure seamless SAP integration. Responsibilities included strategic alignment with SAP Core, cross-functional governance across multiple streams, vendors and stakeholders, design and delivery of the integrated financial and fleet solution with SAP interfaces, BPMN process maps and documentation, test strategies, gap analysis, data cleansing, risk assessment, options papers, stakeholder workshops, governance reporting, and milestone tracking.
