I am an emerging screenwriter who cares deeply about how feminist issues are presented in film, with a particular interest in the horror genre. I’m passionate about the image of the monstrous feminine and how this has changed through history. I draw on experiences in hospitality, script development, and teaching to shape ambitious, thoughtful stories. I also paint commissions of local buildings, drinks and human form for friends and family and would be interested to expand this audience. I have completed an MA in Screenwriting at the University of Manchester and have hands-on experience with script reading, development meetings, and on-set work.
