I was born in Boston, USA, and I am a dancer, Yoga Science teacher, and performer with a broad background in theatre and contemporary dance. I trained at institutions such as the Rallou Manou Professional Dance School and the National Opera's Higher Dance School, and I completed a postgraduate choreography program at Codarts University of the Arts. My work spans collaborations with theatre companies, dance ensembles, and experimental stages across Greece and Europe, blending movement with theatre, sound, and visual storytelling. Today I teach Yoga Science at Kinisis21 and contemporary dance at Duncan Center, and I continue to create and perform pieces that explore movement, ritual, and dramaturgy.
