My early career was grounded in production, working in fast-paced broadcast environments with organisations like BBC Worldwide, MTV EXIT/Viacom and the Sydney Opera House. I spent a lot of time on set and in studios, collaborating closely with directors, producers, talent and crew to help bring programs and large-scale campaigns to life. That meant coordinating schedules, content and logistics so that shoots, live moments and major events ran smoothly, often under tight timeframes and shifting priorities. This experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly with a wide range of people.
