Work Experience

Senior Analog Design Engineer at AMS Osram
April 1, 2023 - Present
Design and verification of analog integrated circuits for automotive LED driver embedded systems, developed in BCD 0.18 µm, TSMC 0.18µm CMOS and 0.35 µm CMOS & HV-CMOS technologies. Development of key analog blocks including operational amplifiers, bandgap references, LDO regulators, gain shaping and frequency compensation techniques. Design of monitoring and protection circuits (voltage, temperature, LDO, bandgap, over-voltage and current, battery reversal, micro-cut), including design and simulation of DFT structures for monitoring circuits and related GPIO. Implementation of system-level control blocks such as POR, PORMASK, PWM interfaces, FADE-IN/ FADE-OUT, bleeder circuits, test buffers and GPIO analog front-ends. Transistor-level startup analysis, mixed-signal simulations, and top-level verification.
